Gill netted a first place finish in the “Pictorial Photograph” category for her photo “Walking the Line.” She also earned second place finishes in the “Feature Photograph” and the “Portrait/Personality Photograph” categories.

The Florida Air National Guard’s “TAGLine” blog from Adjutant General of Florida Maj. Gen. Emmett Titshaw Jr. also earned a first place finish in the “Outstanding Blog” category.

“(Public Affairs) plays such a vital role in our organization, both in its communication role and ‘motivational’ role of making our Airmen feel proud of themselves and each other,” Commander of the Florida Air National Guard Brig. Gen. Robert Branyon said of wins.

All first place wins will represent the Air National Guard during the upcoming Air Force Media Contest.
